Overview
This project delves into the comprehensive process of designing, building, and establishing a 30 metric tons per day (TPD) anaerobic digestion plant. The primary objective of this facility is twofold: first, to secure the environment by introducing state of the art technologies to reduce the ETP Sludge and secondly, we aim to minimize the emission of CO2 from the waste. So, we Introduced the Anaerobic digestion to generate power through anaerobic digestion of poultry farm effluent treatment plant sludge, and to produce organic fertilizer as a valuable byproduct. The development and construction of such a facility involve intricate planning, engineering, and implementation phases to ensure efficient and sustainable operations. Throughout this process, various factors such as feedstock handling, reactor design, gas utilization systems, and fertilizer production methods are carefully considered to maximize energy output and fertilizer quality while minimizing environmental impact.
